What Is Your Private Pay Rate?

Our Private Pay Rate

*Please note that at this time I do not currently work directly with any insurance plans, however, I’m very happy to assist you with submitting out-of-network claims, if your insurance provider allows you to seek reimbursement. When a provider is “out of network,” you may still be eligible for benefits. We can provide you with an invoice. If they provide out of network benefits-when you submit that invoice to your insurance company, you may receive anywhere from 30-100% of your session fee back, depending on your specific benefits plan.

Therapy Fees

Therapy is an investment in you. It can make a big impact on your quality of life and help to remove barriers that can prevent you from leading your best life and fulfilling your potential.

Please note that I do not currently work directly with any insurance plans and only accept private pay for sessions.

The fees are as follows:

free-15-20 minute initial consultation

$225 for the initial diagnostic session

$165 per 38-52 minute session

$200 per 53-60 minute session

When possible, we offer sliding scale fees at a lower rate based on circumstances such as unemployment or underemployment.

Other Fees:

Records Request Fees:

  • $75 per request — this is for a brief treatment summary
  • $95 per request — this is for requests that require copies of your entire chart

Payment is required before requests will be processed.

Report Fees:

The initial payment will be based on an estimated time for the completion of the report. Should the report take longer than initially estimated, the report will not be released until payment is made in full.

Payment is required before reports will be written.

  • $50 per 15 minutes of time required to write the report

Insurance Reimbursement

I’m very happy to assist you by providing you with an invoice that you can use for out-of-network claims.

You will need to check with your insurance provider to see if they will allow you to seek reimbursement for a provider that is “out of network.” If they provide out of network benefits-when you submit that invoice to your insurance company, you may receive some or all of your session fee back, depending on your specific benefits plan.

However, you will often be responsible to pay your deductible and copayments first. Learn more about How to Use Your Insurance Here

*Note that I also offer coaching services, but coaching is not an insurance-reimbursable service.
