*Please note that at this time I do work directly with several, but not all insurance plans. I work with Blue Cross HMO, NOT Anthem, Aetna, Optum, MGH Plus, Harvard Pilgrim HMO, but NOT Medicare or Medicaid. You will need to check if I am in network with your specific insurance plan. If I am not in-network with your plan and you have Out-of-Network benefits, I am very happy to assist you with submitting out-of-network claims, if your insurance provider allows you to seek reimbursement. When a provider is “out of network,” you may still be eligible for benefits. We can provide you with an invoice. If they provide out of network benefits-when you submit that invoice to your insurance company, you may receive anywhere from 30-100% of your session fee back, depending on your specific benefits plan.
Therapy is an investment in you. It can make a big impact on your quality of life and help to remove barriers that can prevent you from leading your best life and fulfilling your potential.
My Private Pay and Out-of Network fees are as follows:
$225 for the initial diagnostic session
$165 per 38-52 minute session
$200 per 53-60 minute session
When possible, we offer sliding scale fees at a lower rate based on circumstances such as unemployment or underemployment.
Records Request Fees:
- $75 per request — this is for a brief treatment summary
- $95 per request — this is for requests that require copies of your entire chart
Payment is required before requests will be processed.
The initial payment will be based on an estimated time for the completion of the report. Should the report take longer than initially estimated, the report will not be released until payment is made in full.
Payment is required before reports will be written.
- $50 per 15 minutes of time required to write the report
I’m very happy to assist you by providing you with an invoice that you can use for out-of-network claims.

However, you will often be responsible to pay your deductible and copayments first. Learn more about How to Use Your Insurance Here
